Product Care & Maintenance Guide
Curl and coily hair textures require higher maintenance and continuous hydration to stay healthy, manageable, and vibrant—much like the natural hair on your head.
Recommended Care Routine & Products
To maintain moisture balance and revive your hair, we strongly recommend using sulfate-free products that nourish without stripping essential oils:
Recommend Shampoo & Conditoner: Use Garnier Fructis Curl Nourish Shampoo & Conditioner for gentle cleansing and soft, defined curls.
Deep Treatment: Incorporate Skala Deep Conditioner into your routine to restore elasticity, moisture, and shine.
Revitalizing & Restoration: Apply Queen Helene Cholesterol Conditioning Creme to deeply repair, nourish, and revive dry or damaged hair.
Curling Creams:
Miss Jessie Pillow Soft Curls
Garnier Curl Crunch: ( not too much makes curls too crunchy)
Doux Mouse
MY PERSONAL ROUTINE:
Shampoo first with the shampoo mentioned above. Then choose either Skala or Queen Helene (I choose Queen Helene if I do an overnight air dry), then proceed to do a quick cowash with Garnier conditioner. Lastly, once complete, I take my pillow soft curl cream and a quarter-size amount for each size and use my tangler teezer curl brush to define and coil my ends to my preference.
What to Expect
Shedding is completely normal. Curly and coily hair naturally traps loose strands, which release during detangling and washing.
Consistent moisture, gentle detangling, and regular deep conditioning are the keys to keeping your hair looking its best.
