1. Pre-Order & Processing Agreement
Pre-Order Structure: All items are sold on a pre-order basis.Variable Timeline: Processing times are not fixed and depend heavily on your chosen curl texture and variant. Meaning processing times can vary between 3 to 7 days dependent on texture selected at checkout. Acceptance of Delay: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order requires this additional production and preparation time before shipment.
2. Shipping, Delivery & Lost Packages
Staged Fulfillment: We reserve the right to ship your order in stages if specific lengths or textures are in stock earlier than others. This is done solely to minimize your wait time. This applies solely to virgin hair extensions as mink lashes and handmade Press-Ons are typically in stock.
Carrier Liability Limitation: Standard shipping takes 2 to 5 business days via USPS, depending on your region. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for transit delays caused by holidays, severe weather, or carrier backlogs.
Stolen & Lost Packages: We are not legally or financially responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered." It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location or contact the carrier directly should these circumstances arise.

Local Drop-Offs: Local drop-off deliveries will occur within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, strictly contingent on items being currently in stock.
3. Hair Use, Lash Use, Modifications & Final Sale
Final Sale Policy: Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions including lashes, all purchases are final sale.
Usage Restrictions: Items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances once they have been worn, unraveled, washed, or used.
Chemical Alteration Warning: Our products are virgin hair extensions, not raw hair. They are chemically capable of being lifted or dyed up to color #27 under professional settings. We are not liable for damage resulting from DIY coloring or improper chemical processing.
Maintenance Notice: Please note that kinky and coiler textures are prone to shedding and typically require more maintenance than straighter and looser textures. Proper hydration, detangling, and gentle care are essential to preserving the longevity and look of these rich, high-volume textures.
*Please be sure to wash all bundles prior to wear.
4. Order Processing & Hair Specifications
Please be advised that bundles measuring 32 inches and longer are strictly single-drawn to preserve the natural taper and integrity of extreme-length hair. Due to the rarity and sourcing of these lengths, all 24inch"+ bundles are subject to a premium pricing structure. By placing an order for lengths 24inch" and above, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these specifications.
5.. Issue Reporting & Resolution Window
3-Day Notification Rule: Any defects, order discrepancies, or issues arising upon or after delivery must be reported to us via email or text within 3 days of receipt.Good Faith Resolution: Reports made after this 3-day window will not be eligible for review. Valid claims will be addressed to the best of our ability, but reporting does not guarantee a refund or exchange.
6. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products(including mink lashes), including hair damage, scalp irritation, or improper installation issues.
