1. Which items are pre-orders?
All hair extensions and bundles are generally pre-order items, though we occasionally keep limited stock on hand. Mink lashes and handmade press-on nails are readily available and in stock unless marked "Out of Stock" in the product description.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your region. Please note that carrier delays due to severe weather, holidays, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
3. Which shipping option should I choose at checkout?
We offer two shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days.
Standard USPS: 2 to 5 business days.
Please ensure you select the correct shipping profile for the items in your cart before completing checkout. Once selected shipping option can not be changed.
4. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Hair Orders: All hair orders are final once placed. On rare occasions, we may be able to accommodate a change if you contact us immediately before we confirm the order with our vendor.
Press-Ons & Mink Lashes: We are happy to modify these items as long as your order has not been processed or packaged, and the replacement item is currently in stock.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!
6. What happens if my order includes both pre-order and in-stock items?
Any readily available items will ship out immediately, while your pre-order items will process and ship separately once they become available.
