Refund & Return Policy
Please review our rules regarding final sales, hair care, and reporting order issues:
- Final Sale: All items are final sale once purchased.
- Hygiene & Exchanges: Due to the nature of human hair extensions, items (including lashes) cannot be exchanged once they have been worn or used.
- Hair Specifications: These are virgin hair extensions, not raw hair. They can be dyed up to color #27 using professional settings.
- Coloring Warning: If you are not experienced with coloring hair, please refrain from. DIY coloring.
- Reporting Issues: If any issues arise upon or after delivery, please email or text us within 3 days of receipt.
- Resolution: Once contacted, we will reach out and work to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
- Maintenance Notice: Please note that kinky and coiler textures are prone to shedding and typically require more maintenance than straighter and looser textures. Proper hydration, detangling, and gentle care are essential to preserving the longevity and look of these rich, high-volume textures.
