- Staged Shipping: If your specific length and texture are currently in stock, we will ship your order out in stages to prevent you from experiencing longer wait times.
- Standard Shipping: Deliveries typically take between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your region and USPS transit times.
- Carrier Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for carrier shipping delays caused by holidays, severe weather, or other unexpected disruptions.
- Local Drop-Offs: Local drop-off orders will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of purchase if the items are in stock.
- Communication: If your order requires additional processing time, we will reach out and communicate updates directly to you.
- Non Pre-Order Items: Non Pre-Order items will ship out immediately. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing.
