Shipping Policy:

We are currently shipping via USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time before your package ships. Once shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. USPS delivery times can vary due to COVID-19 and we are not responsible for any delays at the fault of USPS. LOOKSBYLOLLIE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. *Please note during busy Holiday seasons these shipping times can vary*

 

U.S First Class Shipping: 

All orders within the United States can take 2-7 business days to arrive after shipping. Please refer to the tracking link and carrier for further tracking details.

 

International Shipping

All orders shipped outside the United States can take between 9-20 business days to arrive depending on the region along with the customs procedures of said region. Please refer to the tracking link and carrier for further tracking details. *All customers are responsible for the duties and taxes of their country.

 

Customer Drop Off/Pick Up: 

Traditional customer drop-off/pick-up is currently unavailable.

Special Gifting Orders (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY)
Special Gifting is only available for local orders. Local Region subject to change between Austin/Dallas TX. Before choosing this option please view the announcement header of the current city and/ or shipping option when checking out. All Special Gifting orders must meet a minimum requirement of a $75 purchase. If the order doesn't meet the requirement it will be shipped USPS First Class instead resulting in your Gifting selection being voided or even your order being canceled altogether. All customers will receive a text/email notice with drop-off times. Please type "gifting" in the instructions box when checking out. There is no shipping fee with a Special Gift Order. All Special Gifting Orders are treated as priority orders. Any questions or concerns please contact us prior to ordering.

 

Return Policy

All items are final sale. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please contact us immediately within 3 business days if you received your package with any issues (damaged/ or defective). Please include your order number along with pictures. We will promptly reach out after evaluating your concerns and provide a resolution.
